File Pack & Transport, Inc. offers one of the newest fleets of trucks and trailers in the transport industry. Coupled with a minimum file reconstruction insurance coverage of $1,000,000 per load, you can rest assured that your sensitive information will arrive safely. Our trucks are equipped with the newest and most state-of-the-art GPS tracking technology. This technology allows real-time location, to track your shipment, at any point, from the comfort of your computer.

Our file reconstruction insurance is an exclusive feature to File Pack & Transport, Inc.. We provide a minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per load; less a deductible of fifty-thousand dollars per one-million dollars of coverage for files lost or destroyed due to any catastrophic event. However any amount you desire can be requested, as we have had single loads insured up to $50,000,000. This elaborate coverage is unique to the clients of File Pack & Transport, Inc. and is not offered by our competitors.

With the oversight of your staff, each shipment will be locked and sealed before departure. Upon departure, our drivers will only stop for sleep (if the trip is in excess of 11 hours), fuel and Department of Transportation officials. When stopped, our drivers will park in a well lit, heavily populated area. If the load requires two or more trucks, our drivers will convoy together to their destination. When our trucks arrive to be unloaded, our driver will not break the seal until your designated officials provide approval. Armed guards can be provided for stops over four hours or as required.

Safety is our number one concern. Our drivers adhere to all Department of Transportation rules and regulations. We conduct regular drug and alcohol screens and rigorous background checks. All of our drivers are checked through the FBI Fingerprint Database, prior to employment.
