Our Team

HOWARD WEBSTER

PRESIDENT and CEO

Howard Webster is the President and CEO of File Pack & Transport, Inc. He spent ten years in the transportation business in Houston, Texas, before discovering the need for a company targeting financial record companies’ transportation needs. Howard began transporting documents, in 1992, with his first project; the overnight transport of over a thousand boxes, containing mortgage loan files, from Houston, Texas to Jacksonville, Florida. Now 30 years later, he has transformed File Pack & Transport, Inc., into a fully integrated, project driven, multi-million dollar per year business, targeting financial record companies. Mr. Webster has four children and seven grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys showing cutting horses, playing golf and traveling. The company continues to grow but maintains its focus on personal customer relationships!

DONNA WEBSTER

VICE PRESIDENT OF PROJECTS

Donna has been involved with the company for 25 years, and her current position with the company is Vice President of Projects. Donna manages projects for File Pack & Transport, Inc. including mortgage file moves, auto title reconciliation and transport, and complete turn-key projects including pulling, scanning, reconciling and transporting documents nationwide. Mrs. Webster is a wife, mother, and grand-mother to seven grandchildren. Outside of File Pack & Transport, Inc., Donna’s time is filled with family, golf, and traveling.

JOHN WEBSTER

MANAGER OF TRANSPORTATION

John worked on projects during his summers while in High School and off and on during his college years at Texas State University. John graduated with a degree in Physical Geography and a minor in Sociology in December of 2009. After ten years in the drilling field where he learned transportation John joined File Pack and Transport in 2022. John has done everything associated with a typical relocation of documents from loading carts, working in file rooms on various projects to driving a truck on to and from the origin to the new custodian.
John is married and has two beautiful daughters. He enjoys golf, travel and light construction.

MIKE HOOVER

PROJECT MANAGER

Mike has a 30 year background in the mortgage industry. His experience extends from operating a mortgage origination company, to supervising and performing many due diligence reviews in connection with the purchase and/or securitization of loan portfolios. Mike has also headed numerous detailed FNMA, FHLMC and GNMA document review projects. Additionally, Mike has helped develop many of the processes File Pack & Transport, Inc. uses today. He has also supervised the transfer and control of servicing and collateral documents, numbering over 25 million. In his spare time, Mike enjoys traveling and playing golf.

WARREN WILSON

PROJECT MANAGER

Warren brings 25 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry. After high school, he attended college at the University of Houston, where he studied Finance and Accounting. He began his career at Mellon Mortgage Company, where he worked as a group lead and project coordinator in the Payoff and Release department. While at Mellon Mortgage Company, he also managed and monitored document control with private investors and third party custodians. Warren was later hired by Bank United, where he supervised the Payoff and Assumption Departments. After the merger with Washington Mutual Bank, he supervised departments in Vehicle Title Release, Deed of Trust Research and Record Management. Warren managed a portfolio of over 1.3 million loan files. He has coordinated and managed projects all over the United States. Warren enjoys bowling, golf and riding horses, in his spare time.
